| Reservations Please call to schedule an appointment at Votre Spa Salon for any spa or salon service. So you can enjoy your visit, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to prepare for your service. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees. You will be given a locker, but we recommend that you leave your valuables at home. Guest Cancellations For all services we require a credit card to hold your reservation. We request the courtesy of a 48-hour cancellation notice (72 for groups of 3 or more) for all services. Should you need to cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours (72 for groups of 3 or more) your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the service(s). Gift Cards Gift Cards may be redeemed for services or retail products. They may not be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable/non-transferable. All gift cards have an expiration date and guests must present the original gift card at the time of their appointment. Atmosphere Spa In order to preserve our quiet, peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you please turn off all cell phones when you enter the spa. Children 12 or older are welcome in the spa if they have an appointment for a service. Salon Children of any age are welcome if they have an appointment for a service. General All product sales are final. All prices are subject to change without notice. |
